The Sinners Prayer ( Part 1 )
51The sinners prayer is a prayer that transforms you from a life of sin, to a forgiven state in which Jesus forgives ALL of your past sins and washes them away. You become a new creature in Him and yourself.
For this prayer just cannot be read and all things are forgiven. You must first want to change your life, believe that He hears you, and mean it from all your heart. In this respect, after saying it, you must have faith in Him.
You may say to yourself that you are unable to live perfectly and to clean up your life. Dont worry about that. If you could clean up your own life, then you wouldnt need Him. Change the thinga in your life that you are able to change, but ask Him to change the things you cant. All this wont happen overnight. Be patient and trust Him. You wont be perfect, but you will be forgiven. He doesnt expect you to be perfect. Nobody is without sin.
Where do I pray? It doesnt matter. Its not where you are, but where your heart is. If your heart is pure and you really want this, He will not turn His back on you. You will feel His love immediately if your heart is in the right place.

I enjoyed reading this hub, AMEN my friend AMEN, if more Christians would say I don't care about me and fulfilling my pleasures but gave it all to God for HIs glory we would win more souls to Christ then when we are self indulged seeking our own glory.
