My God Isn't Dead
53Throughout time, there has always been the groups that claim that God is dead and no longer lives. This has been proclaimed through the years by some scientists, some theologeans, atheists, and some new religion movements. Perhaps these people think this way because they have no need for God. Moreso, none have proved it nor have they produced any evidence.
I dont know what God they may be talking about, but the God I serve in heaven, is still in heaven and will always be in heaven. My God is not dead. Now if these people by some chance, are speaking of my God being dead, a few questions come to my mind that I would like to ask them.
1. Why is it that I can not find a tombstone anywhere with His name on it?
2. Who directed the funeral?
3. Where was He buried? ( I know where His Son was for three days )
4. Most of all. I wonder who was so spiritual, that they could identify His body?
For these people, they must be talking about some other god which is molded out of a manmade substance. Or maybe one that has died and was buried. If the latter is the case, I have bad news for you. He hasnt moved since he was buried there, but someday,he will be calling my God, Master.

Are they talking about the God who speaks giant stars into existance by the word of His mouth? The One who said let there be light and there was light? The One who formed man from the dust of the Earth? The One that cast satan from heaven like lightning? The One that fills everything and binds everythiing together? The one who calls us by name and gives us new life? The one that hears our prayers and is forever faithful to His word? Hmmm...He isn't dead, I was just talking to Him. He heard me just fine. I know this because He whispered in my ear that I am loved!
well assuredly they obviously have no proof and are dependent on mere speculation(those who say god is dead)
but then again if god did die its obvious he wouldnt have a burial ground or need a burier.
but all in all i loved the symbology you used that still showed their folly.

well i dont know about that.... it sure is worth thinking about.
but then again we often dont feel anything when someone close to us dies far away(without our knowing) if God were to die perhaps there would be some kind of explosian
but if he were to die im willing to bet we would all die too.

Funny how so many complaints, beatings, abuses, and grief comes by way of those who claim God is dead. Seems if they really beleived it themselves there would not be such a fight against the name of Jesus being spoken in public.

He was , and is, and is to come! I'm like some of the others. I talk to Him, and believe me some of what He tells me is not what I want to hear, and definitely NOT what I want to do. THERE IS NO WAY I'd do some of the things I do if God didn't tell me to in no uncertain terms!
Kind of like the old song by the Rambos in the 70s said,"If God is dead, who is this living in my soul?"
