Imagine ( Dedication Poem )

61

By John Cain

Imagine

Imagine never a sunrise,

Or the warm feeling of love.

Imagine never seeing a star,

In the heavens above.

Imagine no birds singing,

Or the moisture of morning dew.

Imagine always stormy skies,

Never showing its deep blue.

Imagine no spring blossoms,

Or the laughter of fun.

Imagine a world without feelings,

A sky absent of any sun.

Imagine never a moon,

Or the feeling of romance.

Imagine never no music,

Or no reason to dance.

If you could just imagine,

Living in a world like this.

It would describe my world to you,

In a world without my Sis.

Beutiful and so sad all at the same time...in sadness it is possible to find beauty, sometimes pain is the beauty..

Sunshine: Thanks. Sometimes beauty comes from within. A lot of people refer to beauty as a physical thing, but I think the beauty that matters comes from within a person. Bless you.

This poem does reflect about my world if you wasnt here and even the other 2. Everyone has gone on we tend to lean on each other and Dad and Mom brought us up well. We use to look up to our elders but now we are the elders. Beautiful poem I shall never forget it !!!

Beautiful, sad and touching, all we have is words to try and discribe the great feelings we have inside our hearts. Yours are tremendous and you expressed them well. Thank you for sharing.

Poet: You are right. Sometimes you cant find words that descibe what you feel inside. The words in this piece doesnt do my feelings justice, but my Sis knows that they are from the heart. Bless you for reading and thanks.
